Fortunately our bodies have incredible natural abilities to cleanse themselves – they are equipped with effective systems to manage waste and toxins removal.

However one bodily system benefits most from our active support:  the lymphatic system.  Lymphatic system is our body’s housekeeping and waste collection network. Unlike the circulatory system, which has a heart to pump blood, lymphatic system relies on  movement and right exercises to keep lymph flowing. Lymphatic system loves yoga and especially Hatha Yoga. All techniques and practices in this XXL class are designed to enhance your body’s natural cleansing processes and leave you feeling lighter, brighter, and more energized.
