Cacao Ritual Flow: A Light-Returning Reset

Early February carries a quiet shift. The days begin to stretch, the light returns in small, steady ways, and something in us starts to lean forward again. In this special XXL edition at Bindi, we gather with ceremonial cacao as a heart-warming ally to soften open, come back into the body, and realign with what you want to grow in this new chapter.

We’ll begin with intuitive movement and a gentle vinyasa flow to awaken circulation and clear the week from the system. Expect grounding somatic elements like shaking, spinal waves, and slow embodied release to help regulate the nervous system and create space, physically and emotionally. With cacao, we move into ceremony: a guided meditation and soft breath work to settle the mind, open the heart, and connect to a fresh intention, not from pressure, but from truth.

From there, we’ll melt into deep rest. A yoga-nidra inspired savasana, supported by soundscapes designed to soothe the brain and support restoration. To close, you’ll have time to journal and anchor what came through. And if it feels right, we’ll end with a simple sharing circle, to witness and be witnessed.

This session is a reset that feels like opening a window. Gentle. Clear. Spacious. A moment to meet the new year energy with presence, and to step toward the returning light, in your own rhythm.
