Breath & Crystal Sound Experience

Kelly and Michaela will come together to create a special Sound, Breath and Movement workshop. This is a beautiful collaboration of gifts they both are so passionate about sharing. As we start to unwind and slow down towards the end of the year, this is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in a healing, nurturing and restoring workshop.

You can expect some movement accompanied by the gong which will be extremely releasing and detoxifying. We will then invite you to enjoy a nourishing breathwork session from Kelly accompanied by some beautiful tones of the crystal bowls played by Michaela. Expect to soothe your nervous system and take some well deserved time for you!
