Balance to restore (English)

This XXL class will start strong with some salutations to warm the body, a flow and some shapes focused on opening the hips and building strength in the arms.

We will then explore some balancing poses such as crow and forearm balance. There will be many modifications for everyone and lots of chance to ask questions to help understand how to progress and stay safe with these. We will use props and the wall to help support ourselves. It will be a chance to have fun and be playful!

We then wind down together with a gentle flow to help stretch out the muscles. We will ground with some simple stretches and a deep relaxation so you leave feeling very restored and nourished!
