Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation session

“In this XXL class we are bringing two beautiful yogic practices together for a deeply relaxing experience. The class will leave you feeling balanced and revived.

We start with a Yin session where we create space and gently start to open up, transitioning from thinking into feeling. We will hold the poses from 3 to 5 minutes, moving slowly through the entire body. Focus of the practice will be on sourrendering and sinking into the poses. Yin will help us to let go of tensions and minor pains while bringing comfort and deep awareness of the body. By staying focused and connected to the inner sensations and breath, we will quiten the mind and bring body into the state of a deep relaxation from where the Yoga Nidra practice can start. Yoga Nidra is translated as Yogic sleep and is a guided relaxation technique, that can become a meditation. During Yoga Nidra body starts restoring renewing and healing while being in a very deep state of relaxation, and mind rests in silence while being aware of everything that is ahppenign around.
